Terms of sale (AGB)
Orders placed through tradego.ch are an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and stock by email. Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include no VAT while we operate below the registration threshold; this will be stated on invoices.
Payment is due within 5 days of the order confirmation, by Twint or bank transfer. Orders unpaid after 5 days are cancelled and restocked. Goods ship after payment clears. Ownership passes on full payment.
Where instant online payment is offered at checkout (card, Twint, Apple Pay or Google Pay), payment is processed immediately on a secure payment page operated by Stripe, and the contract is formed with our order confirmation that follows the successful payment. If an instantly paid item turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full without deduction.
Single cards are sold in the stated condition (default Near Mint) and are pictured by a representative scan of the same printing, not a photograph of the exact copy, unless noted. Sealed product is sold unopened; once the wrap is broken, it cannot be returned as sealed.
Contract language and law. The contract language is English. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the seller; mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
How an order is concluded
These are the technical steps to a contract on this site:
1. Add items to the cart. The cart can be opened, changed and corrected at any time before ordering: quantities can be raised or lowered and items removed on the cart page.
2. On the cart page, choose shipping and payment method and enter your delivery details. Input errors can be corrected in any field until you press "Send order".
3. Pressing "Send order" creates an order number and opens your email program with the completed order text addressed to us; the order is placed when you send that email. Sending the order does not trigger any payment.
4. We check stock and confirm your order by email, usually the same day. Only this confirmation forms the contract. With it you receive the payment details.
5. Your order email in your sent folder and our confirmation together document the contract; we store order records as required by law. We answer in English or German.
Shipping & returns
We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Standard letter (untracked) CHF 2.50, available for singles orders under CHF 60. A-Post Plus tracked CHF 8.50, required for sealed product. Tracked shipping is free from CHF 150. Paid orders leave the next working day.
Singles ship sleeved, in a toploader, in a stiff envelope. Sealed product ships in boxes with padding.
Swiss consumer law does not grant a general right of return for online purchases; we accept returns of unopened sealed product and singles in unchanged condition within 14 days by prior arrangement; buyer covers return postage. Damaged or lost tracked shipments are our problem, not yours: we refund or replace. For untracked letters we share the risk 50/50. That is the trade-off of the cheap option, stated here openly.
The tradego guarantee
If a card arrives not as described, or a tracked shipment doesn't arrive at all, write to tradegoinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. You choose: full refund or replacement. No forms, no debate, one email.
For untracked letters (the CHF 2.50 option) we share the loss risk 50/50, as stated at checkout. If you want zero risk, pick tracked.
Card condition guide
Every single lists its condition. We grade to Cardmarket standards, conservatively; when in doubt, we grade down.
NM (Near Mint): unplayed or sleeved-from-pack. May show minimal handling under bright light, nothing visible at arm's length.
EX (Excellent): light play visible on close inspection; minor edge or corner wear, no creases, no scratches across the face.
GD (Good): clearly played; edge whitening, surface wear, possibly minor scuffs. Priced well down and stated openly.
Cards are pictured with a representative scan of the printing. If you want a photo of the exact copy before ordering, email us and we send one.

Privacy policy
Controller. The controller for data processing on this site is the operator named in the Impressum. Contact for all privacy matters: tradegoinfo@gmail.com.
What we process, and why. When you place an order we receive the data you enter at checkout: name, delivery address, email, your order items, and any note you add. We process this data solely to check stock, conclude and fulfil the contract, arrange payment and shipping, and handle guarantee cases. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not build profiles.
Hosting and server logs. This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit any page, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) in server logs to deliver the site and defend against abuse. Card images are loaded from Scryfall (USA) and fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA); these services likewise see standard request metadata. Order emails are transmitted through your own email provider and received at our mailbox.
Payment processing. If you pay online at checkout, payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and its affiliates, including Stripe, Inc. (USA). Your card or Twint details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and never reach our systems; we receive only the confirmation of payment, the amount, and the delivery details you enter there. Stripe processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.
Disclosure abroad. The services named above process data in the United States. Vercel and Google are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection; where a service is not certified, we rely on recognised standard contractual clauses. Beyond these processors and Swiss Post for delivery, your data is not disclosed to anyone unless the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your own cart, kept in your browser's local storage on your device; it never leaves your browser until you place an order, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Retention. Order and invoice data is kept for 10 years as required by Swiss accounting law (Art. 958f OR), then deleted. Correspondence without an order is deleted once the matter is settled.
Your rights. Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) you can request information about the data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, and request deletion where no retention duty applies. Write to tradegoinfo@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
